01
Challenge
We received a superb opportunity from CFCIM. They were seeking a partner to help them find a new name and rebrand that reflected their purpose and potential to resonate within the Falls Church community, connecting with the right voice to raise awareness about the organization while increasing membership.
In short, the challenges included creative work, community engagement, marketing, and membership growth.
All these challenges required a deep understanding of the Falls Church community values, preferences, and culture; a clever strategic process to construct a name and visual identity that represented the CFCIM while aligning the new brand with the organization's purpose and potential, involving a lot of brainstorming, communication, and creative teamwork.

02
Solution
We initiated the process by conducting a comprehensive SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). Alongside this analysis, we facilitated productive branding workshops that provided us with valuable insights.
Through a close partnership with CFCIM's key stakeholders, we embraced the collaboration of rebranding the organization. Armed with a newly defined name and a profound understanding of CFCIM's mission, objectives, and vision, we set our sights on crafting a fresh identity.
Leveraging the insights from our SWOT analysis and the fresh knowledge from our branding workshops, we aimed to create a solid identity that conveyed confidence and approachability, ensuring it resonated with the community. These feelings were reinforced by carefully selecting a warm, vibrant color palette and artfully employing interconnected, heavy yet dynamic organic shapes.

Impact
Creative Cycle strives to be a people-centered design agency. One of the most exciting things about working with CFCIM has been meeting and collaborating with each of our contact points in the organization. We began this collaboration to participate in a new identity design due to word-of-mouth recommendations from those who had a good experience working with us. CFCIM knew very little about Creative Cycle, but we worked to gain their trust, listening, and understanding their needs. Our curiosity, empathy, and spirit of collaboration drove the conversations between Creative Cycle and CFCIM, and our project engagement grew from developing a new identity package to providing a new website for the organization. We were honored to collaborate with CFCIM on this rebranding journey, providing the necessary support to create a memorable identity and the design tools they need to spread their story across multiple channels and to connect with new storytellers in Falls Church.
Creative Cycle firmly believes that meaningful relationships yield impactful results. We approach our work with a deep understanding of our client's values, goals, characteristics, and needs, crafting designs infused with empathy and purpose. At the core of our creative process lies active listening and continuous learning, and through collaboration with our clients, we achieve the most effective results.

FAQ
Get quick answers about working with us and our approach to digital solutions.
What’s included in a monthly retainer?
01
Each retainer includes a set number of design or strategy requests per month, priority turnaround, and a dedicated point of contact. It’s built for teams who want ongoing support without starting from scratch every time.
How many requests can I make per month?
02
We typically handle up to two active requests at a time, with new ones queued as they’re completed. Most deliverables are turned around within 48–72 hours, depending on complexity.
Is a retainer better than a one-off project?
03
If you need ongoing design support, faster turnarounds, or regular iterations, a retainer is often more cost-effective and collaborative than starting fresh each time.
Who will I be working with?
04
You’ll work directly with senior designers and strategists. No middle layers, no fluff—just experienced people doing the work.
Do you work with international clients?
05
Yes. Most of our clients are remote. We’re fully set up to collaborate across time zones with clear communication and shared tools.
