We ask questions and listen. Challenging what we think we know helps us put ourselves in our audience's shoes and understand their needs. It also guides us in aligning our strategies with our client's specific objectives and requirements.
Moreover, research encourages empathy, enabling us to understand the journey of the audiences, their emotional hooks, and needs.

Every great idea starts with a simple question: "How might we?"
We work together, exploring different paths until we have a pool of ideas that resonate with our client's challenges. Whether it is a brand redesign,
a user experience, a social media post, or a pitch deck redesign, we are always curious about how we might add value to the relationship with our clients' work.

Implementation
Prototyping is all about testing, asking, and gathering information. This step allows us to challenge our assumptions and determine if our responses align with the solutions our clients need.
04.
Going through things again gives us a chance to rethink our approach. Repetition lets us hit the brakes and reconsider how we might improve our responses, workflow, and path. What have we learned? How can we pivot from a current reaction and improve upon it? With these questions and a mindset for introspection, we dive back into the research.
