Teaming with Scott Circle Events, Creative Cycle developed a suite of branded collateral to support the promotion and management of various industry events.

Challenge

Scott Circle Events is a conference and event-planning firm supporting a variety of organizations. It manages and promotes a range of event types, from large-scale conventions to annual planning meetings and VIP dinners. In every engagement, the firm aims to create a seamless, engaging experience that reflects the unique vision of each client.

This work involves the use of branded communications across multiple channels — including event landing pages, electronic save-the-dates, hard-copy event programs and on-site signage. Scott Circle Events needed a creative partner who could help produce these print and digital assets on tight deadlines — while working within a limited budget.

Solution

Scott Circle had several core clients that required event support on a yearly or semi-yearly basis. The firm entrusted our Creative Cycle team with the visual branding of these events, as well as the design and technical production of event collateral.

Creative Cycle took the time to understand the unique mission of each organization and the specific purpose of each event. We also remained mindful of the client’s budget at every step, making strategic decisions to save costs and maximize resources.

Using information provided by Scott Circle and its clients, we developed event landing pages and e-blasts using various platforms such as Cvent and Salesforce. We also implemented event programs, event collateral and digital and print signage to be used on site. This allowed Scott Circle and its clients to focus their resources on event logistics and other priorities.

We designed all materials in accordance with the client’s brand guidelines. If a client did not have an established set of guidelines, Creative Cycle would produce them quickly but strategically — taking into the account the client’s brand as well as the theme of the event.

Creative Cycle worked collaboratively and agilely with Scott Circle and its clients, designing quickly and making any necessary changes on the spot. This allowed us to stay in sync with the client’s needs and respond to any developments that emerged along the way.

Results

With a detailed understanding of brand and mission, Creative Cycle helped Scott Circle and its clients produce engaging, visually unified event experiences — across multiple channels. At the same time, we helped organizations optimize their budgets to meet their design and communication needs.
